D33 Design was selected as the architect of record responsible for developing the construction documents for Culdesac, a nationally recognized project in Tempe, AZ, and the first car-free neighborhood built from scratch in the United States. Located on 16 acres next to a light rail station, this innovative $200 million mixed-use development will provide rental apartments, rerstaurants, and retail space in a walkable, sustainable desert community.
